Mindfulness

One-To-One Treatment
What is mindfulness
"The practice of Buddhist meditation is to generate three kinds of energy. The first kind of energy is Smrti; it means mindfulness. The second is Samadhi, concentration. And the third is Prajna, insight.
Mindfulness is to be aware of what is going on, and everyone is capable of being mindful. When you breathe in, and if you know that you are breathing in, that is called mindfulness of breathing.
Mindfulness is always mindfulness of something.
When you are angry, and if you know that you are angry, that’s mindfulness of anger. Mindfulness of anger puts you in a safer position. If you are angry, and if you are not mindful that you are angry, the situation is more dangerous. So, mindfulness of sadness, mindfulness of joy, mindfulness of anger, mindfulness of drinking, mindfulness of walking, mindfulness of breathing, mindfulness of cooking; mindfulness can be practiced at every moment of your daily life. And by that, you cultivate the energy of mindfulness.
And the energy of mindfulness is the energy that can bring about the energy of concentration.
So, cultivating mindfulness, you begin to concentrate your concentration, and when your mindfulness and concentration are powerful enough, you touch things deeply, and you’ll discover their nature, the insight. And when you have an insight, your insight is a liberating factor; it will liberate you from your anger, your fear, your despair.
Without mindfulness, there is no concentration, and there is no insight.
The Omnipresent Essence Of Mindfulness, Rooted In Authentic Monastic Tradition.
I was immersed in mindfulness with the monastics and Thich Nhat Hanh in the monasteries in Bordeaux, 25 years ago, and received my dharma name “Fragrant Speech of the Heart”.Living mindfully on several retreats with the monastics, which also involved daily dharma discussion groups, sunrise & evening meditations, and workshops bringing together the psychological tools of mindfulness to ease pain and suffering.
The daily mindfulness tools and way of living invite one to live authentically in the present moment, rather than being in a false sense of security in compliance or a false sense of our image, or not in our truth, or living in the past and future. Mindfulness invites us and offers the means to actually be consciously present within the present moment with all that is arising for ourselves and others.
The mindful art of being present truly releases suffering. It is my intention to share these amazing tools with you and bring to you a wealth of mindfulness experience and expertise to gently and powerfully guide your inner transformation & authentic healing, and realignment with joy and self-empowered optimum well-being
These powerful mindfulness teachings offer a tool to obtain clear and deep insights and resolutions into why we are experiencing suffering and living realities relative to particular thought forms and feelings of fear. Which in turn, creates a dualistic existence of living in separation from love and joy, and creating fear-fulfilling experiences!
The mindfulness tools cut like a diamond through these illusions and fears. Offering clear, sharp, and illuminating insights—cutting through illusion and gently lifting the veils that obscure our truth, facilitating clarity, strengthened inner guidance, emotional balance & confidence.Revealing a space of non-dualistic, authentic, loving interconnectedness. It is as if the veils of illusion are lifted, revealing, gently, the truth of our deep sorrow and how to navigate strong emotions safely, and trust and rely on our feelings and inner guidance.
Mindfulness tools assist us to safely go beyond the space of "panic", where many cannot, "THE RESISTANCE FIELD", to the core issue which is pulsing our suffering. The mindfulness tools assist us very deeply to be here for ourselves and others with those emotions that we previously could not acknowledge, let alone feel. Giving you practical solutions to personal conflict and health-presenting situations.
During your treatment, the essential tools of mindfulness and mindfulness breath are offered to facilitate a profoundly deeper, clearer, and finely tuned healing treatment and a safely held space.
