Both as frequencies of oneness, of loving interconnectedness & unity consciousness. These divine collective frequencies pulse through all my treatments, inviting us to embrace self-empowered awakening & "omnipresence".
My sociology degree, together with my Harley Street clinical practice experience, has given me a holistic understanding and approach to conflict resolution and healing.
With over 25 years as a mindfulness & self-empowerment workshop leader, I also offer you additional healing modalities of your choice, incorporated into your mindfulness treatment -Akashic, inner-child & ancestral. This facilitates you to receive valuable insights and guidance, to locate & clear sabotaging programs and choices, traumas, anxiety, and disease. My clairvoyant healing,earth-healing, mindfulness & teaching experience have been deepened with my enlightenment-intensive training with Shivam O 'Brien & "spirit-horse," wherein ancient enlightenment tools to unveil and embrace the deep, authentic emotions that lie underneath suffering are used as wonderful healing tools to release traumas and suffering and realign with optimum well-being.
I trained 25 years ago with the renowned master Thich Nhat Hanh in mindfulness and received my dharma name, “Fragrant Speech of the Heart”. These powerful mindfulness teachings offer a tool to obtain clear and deep insights and cut like a diamond through illusions and fears, revealing a space of nondualistic, authentic, loving interconnectedness. It is as if the veils of illusion are lifted to reveal the truth that we previously could not see, as our suffering was in the way.
I experienced psychic and healing skills as a child, with a penchant for connecting & communicating with the invisible realms & seeing people's energy fields and the cause and remedy of their physical and emotional ailments, present & past life. This gift is extended to dwellings and land, seeing the emotional imprints and associated traumas, ie, imprints of wars and conflict and dishonouring of the elementals and facilitating the associated clearing, release, and healing & high vibrational realignment.
I trained with Shioban Swider, 'Integral sound healing ' & Sheila Whittaker, pupil of the famous gong master Don Conreaux, with the College of Sound Healing, and am a qualified and registered graduate gong practitioner with COSH.
During the integrated sound healing course and gong practitioner training, I also used bio-field vibrational recalibration -reading the body's energies with tuning forks, Himalayan bowls, voice, gongs, together with my psychic skills, rather like a bat using echolocation, to detect and clear energetic stagnation.

l trained in earth acupuncture with Richard Creightmore & Jewels Rocka at Land and Spirit, two of the world's masters in locating sacred sites and earth dowsing and Feng Shui, to clear stagnant earth energies and ley lines and trapped entities.
My natural psychic and sound healing gifts assist me in reading the earth energies and vibrational bio-fields, revealing where to locate the origin and cause of stagnations & entities on personal & business dwellings and land.
