My mindfulness, healing, and channelling experience enables me to see people's energy fields and the cause and remedy of their physical & emotional ailments, present and past lives. It is also my intention to facilitate others to align with their unique self-empowering superpower gifts that support their thriving, optimum well-being, for the highest good of all.

My clinical and workshop experience has revealed that the mindfulness tools are fantastic to facilitate with precision to locate, clear, and release traumas and offer an authentic pathway to restore thriving, optimum well-being, alignment with one's innate gifts and genuinely fulfilled happiness.​​​​​

What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness emphasizes the practice of being aware of our thoughts and feelings in the present moment, without judgment. Thich Nhat Hanh (known as the founder of mindfulness) highlights the importance of intention behind our actions. Our actions should be rooted in love, compassion, and a desire to alleviate suffering. ​By practicing mindfulness, we can become more aware of the seeds we are planting through our thoughts and make conscious choices about the actions we take.  Thoughts shape our actions and, ultimately, our lives. Mindfulness highlights the interconnectedness of all things, meaning that our thoughts, words, and actions not only affect ourselves but also have an impact on others and the world around us. ​

"The practice of Buddhist meditation is to generate three kinds of energy. The first kind of energy is Smrti; it means mindfulness. The second is Samadhi, concentration. And the third is Prajna, insight."​

My monastic training in mindfulness also highlighted the application of the psychological tools of mindfulness to ease pain and suffering, and cut like a diamond through illusions and fears. Offering clear, sharp, and illuminating insights and gently lifting the veils that obscure our truth, facilitating clarity, strengthened inner guidance, emotional balance & confidence. Revealing a space of non-dualistic, authentic, loving interconnectedness. It is as if the veils of illusion are lifted, revealing, gently, the truth of our deep sorrow and how to navigate strong emotions safely, and trust and rely on our feelings and inner guidance.

 

Mindfulness Breath​

Mindfulness breathing is a powerful relaxation technique that involves closely observing the physical sensations of breathing, without trying to change them. It's a way to gently anchor your awareness in the present moment and observe and slow down your thoughts and feelings, without getting carried away by them, and release feelings of being overwhelmed! cultivate a sense of calm and improve your ability to manage stress and anxiety, help calm the nervous system and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, and improve your ability to focus and concentrate on tasks. 

 

Mindfulness breathing can also help you become more aware of your emotions and develop healthier ways of responding to them. Supporting you in releasing suffering by facilitating you to slowly and deeply embrace challenging and charged emotions, and release traumas, ancestral programmes, and habits causing suffering.

I ​trained 25 years ago with the renowned master Thich Nhat Hanh in mindfulness and received my dharma name, “Fragrant Speech of the Heart”. These powerful mindfulness teachings offer a tool to obtain clear and deep insights and cut like a diamond through illusions and fears, revealing a space to align with of nondualistic healing.   

It is as if the veils of illusion are lifted to reveal  your revelations of truth, together with acceptance of profound healings of release of suffering

My healing skills since childhood align with a penchant for connecting  & communicating with the invisible realms  & seeing people's energy fields and facilitating for them to see clearly the true cause (which is usually the opposite of what people think )and remedy of their physical and emotional ailments, and suffering in present & past lives.
