Each treatment is an alchemy of bliss and deep healing that combines ancient and powerful mindfulness breath to deepen your relaxation experience by facilitating your gentle immersion into the 'Alpha states' of tranquil inner peace. Together with rejuvenating sonic sound waves with a selection of healing frequency attuned handmade gongs, Tibetan bowls, angelic chimes, and tuning forks to vibrationally recalibrate your body, emotional, physical, and spiritual, to clear congestion,  ease pain, and clear chakra stagnation.Supporting you to calm and balance your nervous system &  aid deep healing and alignment with optimum well-being, restore harmony and loving deeper connections to life and people, and joy.

 

​You are welcome to lie on a bed, in an armchair, or on a padded yoga mat on the floor, whichever you prefer.

​At the end of your treatment, space is made for enjoying a hot herbal tea, and an invitation to share your experience and receive the channelled insights the gongs also revealed to me.​
