"This was a beautiful, deeply affecting workshop set in a lovely warm, homely, comfortable environment where it felt safe to be vulnerable and share and complete the tasks that required introspection.

The workshop worked through a series of effective tools helping to connect and then reconcile with your inner child, thinking about ancestors helped to consider and reconcile generational trauma. With just a small group of participants (four), it felt like a safe space to share and reflect as much or as little as I wanted to.

The gong bath was deeply relaxing and beautifully situated in its beautiful garden studio setting that overlooks fields.

Overall, this was a deeply powerful workshop. The follow-up information from the wonderful workshop... Leah talks through the tools and provides an accessible framework for continuing this important work at home on your own. Leah is a very intuitive, wonderful guide who has helped me immensely overcome trauma and have a more positive outlook over the last eighteen months, and I recommend this workshop for anyone who may benefit from some inner child healing".S.Sussex
